Major Players are working with an internationally recognised hospitality group to recruit a Creative Project Manager into their London based team.
This is a hybrid project manager and resource manage position. You will be responsible for ensuring the very best output from the creative team, assessing briefs, defining requirements, managing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of assets across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Traffic and Resource Management:
- Coordinate traffic and resource control on campaign projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Serve as the primary contact for creative and content briefs, adding value by thoroughly fleshing out each brief before it reaches the creative team.
- Oversee workflow, production, quotes, and delivery of all printed resources.
- Establish efficient processes and workflows to optimise the creative team's efficiency.
- Manage, maintain, and communicate production schedules and deadlines for the creative and wider marketing team.
- Manage creative budgets effectively and ensure accurate tracking.
Creative Projects:
- Team: Collaborate with the Training team to improve and update existing content assets and manage internal team creative projects.
- Store: Oversee the delivery of creative assets for store products, including copy descriptions, collateral, photography, and videography.
- Events: Support the delivery of assets according to agreed plans and timelines, managing sub-projects independently.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2/ 3 years + project manager / resource manager experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- A creative thinker and idea generator, enthusiastic about brainstorming concepts.
- Exceptionally detail-focused, with a keen eye for spotting errors.
- Driven, proactive, and a problem solver who creatively navigates challenges.
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with all aspects of the creative process and output.
