Marketing Lead

London, hybrid (2 days a week) - £70,000 - £80,000pa

My client are a well known technology brand looking for an ambitious and commercial Marketing Lead. In this newly created role you'll be reporting into the Performance Marketing Director, with a dotted line to the CMO.

They need someone with regional marketing experience, with verifiable experience delivering successful multichannel campaigns. This is an opportunity to join a household name brand, who are part of a wider commercial group with impressive VC backing. They are on an exciting growth trajectory and need strong, resourceful marketers to be part of their journey.

Role responsibilities;

  • Design, implement and reports on regional multichannel marketing activity to align with business objectives
  • Act as the central campaign manager amongst channel heads for your product division, liaising closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Proactively identify opportunities to test, learn and scale, utilising data sets to provide insight for marketing decisions
  • Deliver campaigns with an emphasis on digital channels, using your strong knowledge of paid social, PPC and display
  • Completing these channels with other regional channels such as OOH and radio
  • Develop a GTM playbook to be replicated across regions, to allow for scale
  • Work closely with the analyst team to develop and maintain a robust reporting methodology for regional marketing, delivering incremental business value

Skills and experience required;

  • Proven experience managing multichannel regional marketing campaigns to align with business growth goals
  • Strong understanding of PPC/Paid Social as part of these campaigns, with budget management and proven ROI
  • A background in B2C telco/IT/software companies preferable
  • Verifiable commercial mindset, with a data driven test and learn approach to marketing
  • Scale up/Start up experience, with a resourceful attitude and hands on approach
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with key stakeholder management experience
