Job Details

ROLE: Senior Creative (copy)

Amazing opportunity for a Senior Creative (copy) to join an independent creative agency specialising in retail/FMCG in London.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop copy (both hands on and overseeing the team) to support brands, meet briefs and client objectives in an effective and engaging way.
- Contribute strategic and conceptual thinking that are on brand and on brief to add significant value to projects
- Participate in key client meetings and creative presentations to develop strong relationships with clients and present agency creative in a clear, engaging and persuasive manner
- Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion
- Oversee the copy team / freelancers to develop the agency's creative output for clients (supporting the Creative Director)
- To be a leader in the business, representing the agency in a way that enhances client perceptions

Skills & Experience

- A super strong creative, with extensive copywriting and editing expertise, detail focused but with an eye on the big picture
- Significant experience in a senior Copywriter, communications, marketing, or brand management role
- Experience working in an agency, below the line, customer/consumer focused
- Retail and retailer understanding
- Ability to create robust strategic responses to client briefs
- Ability to structure strategic responses clearly and in a persuasive manner
- Brand focused with the best and most effective creative solution for the client top of the agenda
- Brand development, strategy, retail language and communications

Salary & Benefits

- £55-65k
