Job Details

ROLE: Social Creative

Fantastic opportunity to join the in-house creative team at a nationwide supermarket branch

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing compelling and effective creative content for various paid and organic social campaigns
- Concept and produce disruptive and engaging visual and written content that resonates with the target audience, enhances brand visibility, and drives conversions across various social platforms
- Craft a unique TOV and art direction style
- Listen to and interrogate briefs, being able to identify gaps or offer fresh perspectives that, where relevant, can take the brief beyond its initial parameters
- Take ownership of projects from conception to production; create visually appealing and impactful con-tent, including but not limited to design, video and copy that encourages user engagement and reach
- Work collaboratively with internal digital and marketing teams, as well as their media agency partners to canvas a deep knowledge of channel data and insights


Skills & Experience

- Proven ability to develop creative content for paid and organic social campaigns, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content creation
- Solid understanding of social platforms, tools, and analytics, with the ability to leverage data for content optimisation
- A background in creative concepts for fashion brands, or across FMCG brands.
- Proficiency in art direction of shoots, copywriting, graphic design and motion graphics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
