Job description
We are looking for a Campaigns Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team. Reporting to the Senior External Communications Lead, you will have a proven track record of working on paid and no cost external communications campaigns.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, delivery and evaluation of innovative paid campaigns, working closely with creative, media planning and research agencies, and forging strong relationships with stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to have creative input and be involved in working on high profile, large scale and multimillion-pound government campaigns!
We will support you to excel in your new role, and will work with you to identify suitable relevant training, such as courses with CIM/CIPR.
The scope of responsibilities may also increase in future to potentially include line management, and you would be fully supported to develop these skills.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Delivering behaviour change and awareness raising paid for and no cost communications campaigns.
- Responsibility for supporting the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of paid campaigns along with low-cost and no-cost activity.
- Supporting campaign planning and delivery across above and below the line channels including broadcast (e.g. radio, video on demand), PR, digital and social media platforms, and brand and media partnerships.
- Supporting the running of campaign social channels, ensuring a strategic and creative approach to engaging target audiences and key stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with external commercial agencies to deliver high quality, cost effective creative content to agreed timescales and budget, and to agree and implement multi-channel media plans.
