Job Details

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to assist in the planning٫ execution and optimisation of our online marketing efforts.

A great marketer is passionate about all facets of marketing: tactical, strategic, digital, analogue – brand and performance. This role involves every element, helping you polish skills while growing marketing knowledge and understanding.

You are part of a team responsible for creating marketing strategies that grow recruitment audiences and revenues across a range of sectors. The role encompasses B2B (job advertisers) and B2C (job candidates) marketing where you have to create strategies and plans that support the specific needs of each group. And you work alongside commercial, editorial and product teams to ensure the team delivers best-in-class marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Increase company and brand awareness through optimised brand advertisements using Google AdWords٫ PPC promotions, social media advertising.
  • Plan with the wider marketing team and implement our brands’ social media strategy (Twitter٫ LinkedIn and others)
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword٫ image optimization etc.)
  • Manage and implement emails to both clients and candidates to drive growth in job postings and candidate applications
  • Develop and implement high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy for digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements
  • Update the various job board websites٫ providing insightful٫ creative ideas for content marketing
  • Improve user experience through collaboration with design department
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics٫ WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and use strategies current to market

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria

  • Experience as a marketing executive or in similar role
  • Good attention to detail and understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Ideally, experience with either B2B or B2C social media٫ Google Adwords; email campaigns; SEO/SEM
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Comfortable communicator
