Job Details
We are looking for an Account Manager to help scale an exciting division in our agency group that is focusing on Dynamic Content and Creative solutions.
Your Primary role is to manage and further develop relationships with our clients. You will do this by being the point of contact for both the client and our internal studio team, working like a buffer to ensure we adhere to agreed SLA’s and continue produce best in class Ads’
The team are specialists within Publicis Media that create award-winning dynamic ads for a wide range of clients. The in-house team is an end-to-end studio that provides advanced dynamic creative solutions across Publicis.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive organic revenue growth and client retention
• Work with the Account Director and Designers to find new solutions and opportunities
• Showcase DOT’s capabilities in a wide array of forums and help refine the narrative to new audiences
• Enhance our marketing creds and case studies and ensure they are shared with the relevant audiences.
• Facilitate creative brainstorms to come up with innovative dynamic media solutions
• Oversee the planning and implementation of projects - from brief to delivery
• Work with team to ensure internal and external clients are managed and supported, including issue
resolution
• Work alongside the rest of the Account team in ensuring that all team administration is completed
accurately and on time - Trello boards, cost estimates, job tracker, status notes/action points
• Work with Account team to improve processes to improve client delivery
• Keep abreast of key market developments and ensure knowledge is being shared with immediate team
• Drive cross-department integration to provide joined up solutions to clients
• Use DOT rate card and other tools to estimate, track and report DOT financials

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Media planning across multiple channels
- Confident speaker and presenter, with excellent presentation and storytelling skills/experience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills - ability to educate and explain complex concepts to a wide
- variety of stakeholders in an understandable way.
- A passion for advertising and an interest in new ad tech and innovation
- Natural ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to work to deadlines and to be effective under pressure
- Comfortable to work both independently and as part of a team
- Aptitude for planning to ensure tasks are completed as required
