Junior Account Director / Account Director – Successful Boutique Agency – Central London / Hybrid – To £55k

This agency is undoubtedly one of London’s best kept secrets. Nine years in they are at the top of their game and are currently turning away more work than they take on.

Now they are looking for a new Account Director to join their friendly team. Due to the hands-on nature of the role, the agency is specifically seeking a SAM looking to step up to AD level, or a recently promoted Account Director.

The agency

This agency was born almost a decade ago and, in that time, has blossomed from a start-up into a very well-respected, successful boutique agency with loyal clients in sport, fashion, beauty, FMCG and more.

Thirteen strong, they relish being agile and responsive – the antithesis of a big agency monster! In addition to a growing account handling department, they have a full-service creative team and planning function too.

They undertake photoshoots / TV, creative toolkits, social media (paid and organic), digital, brand development, experiential, web management and more – everything in fact, except PR and media buying.

Highly ambitious and collaborative, the agency always prefers to promote from within and there are no glass ceilings – they always act when rewards are due.

They also have a very flat, ego-free structure and help each other when help is needed. However, if you aren’t keen to muck in, this role and agency might not be for you.

The Account Director role

You will be the ‘face’ of the agency’s longest-standing retained client account and one of the UK’s leading FMCG brands.

Due to the flat structure and bijou nature of the team, you will be running projects on this very creative account yourself, which is why a strategic, organised Senior Account Manager or recently promoted Account Director is required.

Work from home policy

The agency has a hybrid approach with three days in the office each week and Wednesdays and Fridays at home.

Salary, exceptional benefits – and probation bonus!

The salary is up to £55k (£48-52k for a SAM looking to step up), depending on experience. Uniquely, the agency will also pay you an additional £1k ‘joining bonus’ once you have successfully passed your three-month probation.

They also have a quarterly bonus scheme which is based on company profitability and individual contribution.

Ambitious Senior Account Managers looking to step up to AD level and recently promoted Account Directors, this is the place for you.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Whilst every effort is made to contact everyone who applies, due to a high number of applications we are unable to give individual feedback to those who are unsuccessful
