Head of Performance Marketing
Job Summary

Our client has ambitious growth plans from expanding their product range, opening more stores and continued investment across their marketing channels - so it's a really exciting time to join the business!
As Head of Performance Marketing you'll own, establish and deliver all aspects of the customer acquisition and retention strategy, setting the strategic direction to deliver their customer plan and sales growth objectives across all marketing channels. You'll leading a team of in-house performance experts and external agencies to create and deliver targeted campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, direct mail, TV, OOH and print. You'll oversee multi-million pound marketing budgets, take ownership of reporting and providing analysis on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion and ROI with a continuous focus and improvement in acquisition, retention, ROAS and CPC.
The successful candidate will have deep expertise and understanding of customer acquisition and retention through performance marketing, ideally from a high-growth multi-channel retail business. You'll have excellent leadership and team management skills, be commercially savvy with the ability to manage large budgets and work collaboratively with senior leaders, other business units and external agencies to achieve business goals and objectives.

Salary & Benefits
- £75,000 per annum
