Senior Producer

​Senior Producer, up to £55K. London. Hybrid working, full-time.

This independent, creative and innovation agency are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join their team. They exist to solve client problems and breathe new life into brands by developing communications, they are passionate about delivering award worthy and profitable campaigns for clients.

The Senior Producer will be responsible for managing the production of assets delivered via internal agency capabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of output, and maximising client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of this Senior Producer:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of projects across multiple clients, maximising income and client satisfaction.
• Lead and support the production team to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage a high volume of quick-turnaround projects, maintaining quality while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Mentor, coach, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, managing and reporting on budgets accurately.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements of this Senior Producer:

• Proven experience in managing and developing teams in a similar digital marketing role, within an agency environment.
• Natural passion for production and creative output, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Commercial acumen, with experience in budget management, forecasting, and estimating.
• Experience across various media formats, including social, video, radio, and localization.
