Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Director-level individual to take on a client-dedicated role within our business, leading an integrated agency team (IAT) which supports a cluster of 30+countries in Western and Eastern Europe. You should have strong client management skills and gravitas, and experience with working across mid-sized and smaller markets in Europe with varying levels of marketing needs.
As a Director, you will be expected to partner with senior client figures across your portfolio, understanding where and how we can help them achieve their business objectives. You will support and empower your team in building solid client relationships, helping them to influence your clients strategically and creatively. You will collaborate with discipline leads, ensuring the team and our offering is putting the client at the centre of our solutions.
You will be strong operationally and in driving ways of working, be adept at supporting change management, and have the ability to prioritise in a rapidly moving environment. It’s a hands-on role, you’ll need to be a strategic leader and willing to dive into the detail. Healthcare experience and modern marketing knowledge is a must.
You’ll bring proven marketing experience to the team and will understand how digital channels and platforms are influencing the behaviours of health consumers and professionals and creating new opportunities for our client organisations. You will be passionate about making work that has value and purpose for its audiences, and drives business outcomes. And passionate about building relationships and trust that open up these opportunities.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience at a senior client management level within the healthcare industry, as well as creative agency experience
- Deep expertise in digital strategy and creativity, and will understand how digital transforms traditional brand-building, customer engagement and marketing communications
- Good at simplifying the complex, connecting operations and strategy, and leveraging process to drive business impact
- Agency experience across production, media, and creative services
- A natural communicator and collaborator; building great relationships is part of who you are
- A team player, and have an ability to inspire and motivate your team to keep them engaged and eager to work for and with you
- A strategic thinker at all times and have experience of growing the accounts you work on
- Able to work on a range of accounts and projects at the same time, taking senior client relationships in your stride
