Key Responsibilities:
- Foster direct relations with key clients, ensuring deep understanding of their business needs.
- Take ownership of new briefs, distill key asks, and structure communications for Planning and Investment teams.
- Collaborate with key teams to create innovative strategies for brand growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and debates to accelerate learning and drive strategic excellence.
- Contribute to thought leadership through industry articles, event presentations, and award-winning papers.
Qualifications
Hiring Criteria:
- An understanding or interest in the FMCG industry and marketing science.
- Demonstrated experience in media planning and strategic leadership.
- Expertise in large-scale ad campaign planning and development in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client advisory roles.
- Previous experience as a strategist, Account Director or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt and evolve media approaches in response to changing regulations and consumer behaviors.
