Job Details

A critical member of our focus account team, the Commerce Associate Director will spearhead best-in-class online retail strategy and uncover growth opportunities within the Consumer Electronics sector.

This role offers significant growth opportunities, allowing the successful candidate to make it their own by leading social commerce strategy, content development, and branding initiatives. With exposure to our highest-profile clients, you'll have the chance to shape commerce strategies, contribute to product launches, and drive success across the account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery:
    • Support the wider team and the Commerce Strategy Director on the account providing strategic suggestions, reporting, and client presentations.
    • Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with client business objectives, incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailers.
    • Utilise data insights to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive client performance.
  • Growth:
    • Collaborate with the solutions team to translate diverse data sources into actionable insights, including social platforms, sales data, and market trends.
    • Take a lead role on projects while fostering a collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
  • Client-Driven Thought Leadership:
    • Stay updated on social commerce trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Conduct regular market research to inform strategic decision-making and support efforts to upskill the business on emerging trends.
  • Team Management:
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, providing effective line management and guidance to ensure successful project execution.

  • Qualifications

    We are looking for a methodical, adaptable individual with a strong interest or background in social and live commerce, retail strategy, or paid media. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Experience with retail media or strategy is preferred, and the willingness to learn and innovate is essential.

    Candidate Requirements:
    • Experience in paid search, paid social activation, or retail media.
    • Strong understanding of commerce and cross-functional media teams.
    • Ability to work independently, present confidently, and collaborate effectively with the team.
