A critical member of our focus account team, the Commerce Associate Director will spearhead best-in-class online retail strategy and uncover growth opportunities within the Consumer Electronics sector.

Experience with retail media or strategy is preferred, and the willingness to learn and innovate is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the wider team and the Commerce Strategy Director on the account providing strategic suggestions, reporting, and client presentations.
- Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with client business objectives, incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailers.
- Utilise data insights to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive client performance.
- Collaborate with the solutions team to translate diverse data sources into actionable insights, including social platforms, sales data, and market trends.
- Take a lead role on projects while fostering a collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay updated on social commerce trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct regular market research to inform strategic decision-making and support efforts to upskill the business on emerging trends.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, providing effective line management and guidance to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
