Spark Foundry is seeking a dynamic Strategy Business Director to join our team on a fixed term contract to spearhead innovative strategies for our client, Meta (formerly Facebook). As a key player in our agency, you'll have the opportunity to shape brand strategies, drive consumer engagement, and revolutionize the way brands connect with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives for key client accounts, fostering direct relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives.
  • Own new strategic briefs, distill key objectives, and develop communication structures for Planning and Investment teams.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop comprehensive strategies, integrating insights, technology, and effectiveness divisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and debates, contributing to thought leadership articles, events, and award-winning papers.
  • Drive new business efforts, increasing agency revenue and solidifying your role as a changemaker within the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic roles within media planning and buying.
  • Expertise in consumer behavior across media channels and technologies, leveraging insights for strategic advantage.
  • Knowledgeable about industry topics and research, contributing to marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering trust and navigating challenging conversations.

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
