Job Details
Provide strong leadership for the accounts team, working closely with the senior team and Managing Partner to achieve results.
Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in corporate issues like ESG, and guide clients and the team- acting as a thought leader.
Lead key corporate client accounts, engaging in strategic dialogue to influence the quality of briefs and identify revenue/ new business opportunities.
Develop and execute campaigns with fresh, bold ideas that challenge clients and the team to think creatively.
Take the lead in new business development, pitching to potential clients and leveraging strategic insights to secure new accounts.
Establish a sustainable and profitable team structure, fostering an environment of ongoing learning, recognition of success, and reward for great work.

Qualifications
Extensive and mixed experience communications - experience of corporate storytelling is a bonus
Experience managing a team and a portfolio of clients
Confident in sharing your views and passionate, you’ll be a team player and able to listen and take on board the views of others.
Organised, making positive things happen to help maintain and build the press office on your key accounts but help the team to do the same
Inventive and creative - coming up with new ideas and not relying on the creative department - and inspiring the junior team to think creatively
A natural problem solver - someone who run towards the fire, rather than away from it
Excellent presenter, with a proven track record of pitching and winning new business
