Are you a strategic and conceptual creative?
Can you write a point of view on a brief that tells a story from audience insight and creative idea through to execution and delivery?
Can you brief design teams and give constructive feedback with strong direction?
Are you a team leader, someone who can nurture and mentor others?
Can you manage stakeholders across different time zones and in different cultures?
Are you a pitch winner and can you persuade clients to buy your work?
Do you have a brand experience or live event agency background?
Are you a nice person, collaborative and not overly precious about your own ideas?

Our purpose is to connect the right people together to create unforgettable experiences.
We are an independent recruitment agency focused on the events, experiential
and integrated communications sectors. Founded in 2014 by Emma Castle,
CastleBell has become known for its service and success in finding the right
talent in true collaboration with its clients.
After 20 years working in advertising and integrated agencies, Andrew Bell
partnered with Emma in 2017. He has helped CastleBell to expand its mix of
clients and candidates across the marketing and communications sector.
We don't have a traditional office, instead we use coffee shops, Zoom and
the Soho House Group to meet with clients and candidates. We are very happy
to travel to meetings rather than expecting people to take time off to come
to an office base.
We love what we do and aim to bring a sense of fun and enjoyment
to the process.
